NEVER AGAIN!! i went in to fix a cracked indicator lens and they ended up breaking the latch for indicator mirror movement. My side mirror doesnt have movement from side to side anymore. They said it was my fault as it probably never worked but my wife has been using the car for over 2 years without any issues with the side mirror. They then had the cheek to tell me it will cost an additional $560 to replace the whole unit. i already paid for a new lens now they said the new unit doesnt cover the lens and am not doubling up on the price which i initially said i would be. i wasnt born yesterday! They said it was out of warranty and they are not liable for it. RUBBISH!
I bought my barina a few years back now. I have never had any problems with Clarkson Holden from the beginning onwards and would highly recommend their after purchase customer service. I regularly get my car serviced there and they kindly drop me off and pick me up from my home while service is being done. Prices are competitive too.
Clarkson Holden rip people off. They sell you an extended warranty and promise that it covers everything. It actually covers nothing. This 'warranty' cost $2.5k. My car I purchased from there is a heap and has had so many issues. Please take my advice and save yourself so much trouble, money and heart ache. Do not buy anything from them, I couldn't bear to see someone get ripped off like I have.
