The absolute worst repair company I have ever dealt with. Extended warranty repair whuch took a month for part to come in. Then when the guy came to fix it he found something else wrong that the first guy didnt pick up so he couldnt fix it.
So then had to wait on more parts to come in. When the other parts came in they were in no hurry to make up for me waiting so long. Rang me on the wednesday and werent able to come out until the friday or monday. So in total 52 days without a washing machine from time of putting in warranty claim. Ridiculous and never again.

My experience with this company was fantastic. They gave me a 'half an hour away' call so I didn't have to take the whole day off work. My washer/dryer was fixed the next day. The staff were friendly and professional. Awesome.

Worse service I have ever experienced. I have paid for extended warranty on my washing machine and from the day I rang and started the process, it has been 2 weeks and still my machine is not working. How long does it take for parts to arrive?
During this time I have rung and not once have they offered me a replacement machine. Are there any companies out there these days that know and offer any kind of customer service?
