I’ve been to a lot of day spas and I would highly recommend Cocoon Day Spa as one of the best - Locally I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The staff are friendly & professional; there is a wide selection of treatments (I’ve had nearly all of them & have not one complaint) & their pricing is spot on. Love that all my appointments are confirmed & that they go the extra mile to accommodate my crazy busy work schedule.

Abhorrent Customer Service !! Ruined a Bride's Hen's Day by double booking ! No Apology, just a very rude Manager
Dear Glenys. Thank you for your feedback. Double bookings are a rare occurrence and we have procedures in place to ensure double bookings don't occur. We will revisit our procedures to ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future. While several solutions were offered, we appreciate and understand your frustrations. Should you wish to come to the spa on the day it was supposedly booked in for we would welcome the opportunity to offer you a wonderful experience.
Do not go here for a pregnancy massage. Firstly they will not give you the full treatment time. Secondly they do not seem knowledgeable about the fact that pregnant women should not lie flat on their back during the massage for safety to the baby and seem indignant when this was brought up. I fed this back to them directly but were dismissive. Use your dollars elsewhere!

I was very disappointed to hear about your experience at Cocoon and whilst an apology will regrettably not alter the outcome on this occasion, I extend it sincerely. I certainly empathize with you on the points made in your review especially in regards to the pregnancy health and safety and we will address this at our next meeting with the parties involved.
