Took the car in for a trade-in valuation on an i30, was $6,250 lower than the next quote.
Told them that the offer was dismal and they made vague noises about oh well lets see what we can do.
Took them exactly another week to come back and improve by $700 which was laughable.
Go elsewhere, in my experience you will not get a fair deal.
Praise for David Lish for two reasons: 1. 6 months ago he suggested my wife and I look at Kia, even though he was selling (and presumably getting commission on) Hyundai. We ended up buying a Sportage and a Cerato! 2. he did a wonderful deal for our 18-year-old on a Hyundai Getz on the weekend! Son happy, parents happy! So, go visit David!

I brought my car in for a servie a couple months ago at Brookvale, prior to that I was told that one of my reverse lights were out. I didn't mention this to the staff because I thought it was just an obvious thing that gets checked. Only this weekend I was told that my reverse lights were out again - even if it was changed, which I highly doubt it was, it should last longer!
On top of that I mentioned to the staff before the service that my brakes were squeaking, when I returned to pick it up that day I was told by the lady that there's nothing wrong with it and that I need to apply lots of pressure when I brake instead of breaking lightly. It made me feel like a bit of an idiot to be honest, I didn't go there for impractical advice on how to brake! Not happy with that, customers expect to get what they pay for
