I bought many planes models from them. Majority of the plane models that I received were in a good condition.
Actually they are nice and friendly but they ignore their customers a lot and whenever you text them and you hardly get a reply from them.
I had one bad experience with them. They cancelled my order without any explaination why they did it. Money was not refunded back to my paypal account but credits were given to be used for the next order. I was so disappointed regarding this issue.
If you call them, they will never answer the calls. After a while they will call you back with No Caller ID which is very unprofessional.
In term of responding to their customer text messages, they need to have massive improvments.
I bought a replica plane for my sons 8th birthday. The tail fell out of the fuselage, and the wheels fell off shortly after taking it out of the box. He looks after his toys generally, and treasured this plane that cost in excess of $60. When I contacted CWA, they accepted no responsability as the box was delivered by australia post and hadn't been opened within two days of arrival. They attempted to palm off responsability to Australia Post, when quite clearly it was a failure in manufacturing. My son and I were both extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the service we recieved.
