The tradies are friendly and helpful. But my ducted didn't get finished on the day and the company never even took the time to ring me to say when it was getting finished. And then have to wait 2 weeks from install date to get it finished.
We are so sorry that your installation took longer than usual due to circumstances beyond our control. We've spoken several times during and since the installation and we are pleased that you're now happy with the completed air conditioning and the steps we've taken to make up for the unusual and uncontrollable delays. - clean a split system air condition
- fix a new fan in a bedroom
Comfort King wasted my time and delivered overpriced service.
The room was left dirty, and in a complete mess.
They changed the light for a fan, - the room has no light fitted by them.
I was charged $ 118 dollars for Material and $ 402 dollars in total. One hour and twenty minutes of work. That is a charge of about $ 200 dollars an hour. No more FIXIT or Comfort King for me.

very bad customer service. they came and took motor out and sent off to warranty, now they are refusing to fix the air con unit and saying it's not their problem. they wont follow up or anything. called so many times, they say they'll call back but they never.they are trying to avoid fixing the unit. if you have a problem with them they wont want to know you anymore. i will take further actions against them. do not use them!

Please contact the manufacture of your uni aire part if you have a problem, we advised you to contact them, and they where going to sort your part out.
The reason for the delay was not us but the refusal of the manufacture to fix your unit. and supply spare parts for it.
In the end unit fixed and working well
