Having been employed in the same job for 39 years and recently semi retired, I needed a change of direction which this training gave me, its quite easy to grasp and the opportunities are endless. There are so many different avenues you can go through regardless of age. The course is extremely inspiring and gives you the confidence to expand your visions into different paths you never thought existed.
I am currently a student of CHT completing a Certificate 2 in Hospitality, this course is government subsidised for eligible people and has been an incredible opportunity. The environment and culture of CHT is full of life and the trainers are absolutely wonderful, they care about their students and go above and beyond to see their students succeed in both training and in employment opportunities. I have found the course extremely useful in finding work as employers love to see that individuals are able to take initiative in advancing their skills. If you're interested in working in the hospitality industry and are just starting out or want to improve your skills, I highly recommend CHT !
This is an AWESOME place to learn a course. The people running it were unique and memorable and I have to say I'm tempted to continue with the course just because of that point alone. The courses (Cert II in Hospitality x2 and the bartender/barista and RSA) are very well put together and the structure of learning made it all the more easy to grasp. The Classes were well organized and had quite the good mix of students. I made a lot of friends. Whether you are doing a 5 day or 1 day or RSA or 2 week or 10 week course, the overall atmosphere is just great, it doesn't feel like school..which is i think is great :P. Great for any age group too.
These two weeks have been brilliant! I was not expecting to have so much fun learning about the hospitality industry nor did I expect to learn so much!
The course is broken up into distinct categories that are covered extensively and enthusiastically by experienced, helpful, and friendly trainers. The trainers make the learning process simple and easy to understand and are always encouraging students to push themselves to achieve to the best of theirread more
please tell me, is this the vic bar school 2 week course that has a lot of courses in the one for $700?
I just recently finished a 2 week government funded course with Complete Hospitality Training and was extremely happy with the way I was treated with fairness and educated by the trainers.
Each trainer is genuine with their own unique personality. They all make the classes as interesting and as fun to make the learning and understanding process easy. Especially with the hands-on experience that every student needs before moving on into the real world work, it's just as fun.
They will also help you find work too. What is there to loose?
