After getting lost twice on the way as you a very hard to find I would like to say BIG thank you to the very helpful man on the front counter who spent 45 minutes with me not only did you find the spare part I was after but you also recommended someone who could help me install it. I will be back when something else breaks down :)
poor customer service, rude staff and bad experience

So that we have a chance to investigate what happened and take approriate account we do really need to know who you are and what the problem was.

Very poor customer service, 1 very rude and arrogant sales staff!! 100% lost all my accounts ! Go to other store great guys and much better prices!!!

In a industry where you can go 15 mins up the road to get the same stock it all comes down to customer service. Your staff (1 in particular) lacks the ability to say sorry for the inconvenience , and demands the customer runs around to find a solution ??? And then has the cheek to ring the other company to "warn them that a nutter is coming there be prepared " completely unacceptable !!!
If you're looking for a specific part for your stove then this is where to go: I went with a description of a part + a stove model number and they found it (even described how to install it!) and I was in my way in under 10 mins. Long opening hours, very friendly.
