I am so glad I found Brett and Sandy from Coomera Property Management. Having never been a landlord before, I knew nothing about the processes, laws or policies that govern rental properties and this pair have been nothing but helpful. I bombarded them with questions, which they explained in great detail, but using a language I could actually understand. They use a hands on approach, being available night and day not only for me, but for my tenants. They walked me through the process and found me suitable tenants using their years of experience and expertise in the area. They are local, which helps them be able to hold inspections and meetings outside of normal business hours, which is so so helpful, but above all that, they know local businesses and contacts to help out with maintenance.
