Seemed like they had really good specials, although I was only in town for the afternoon. Smallest "big" brewery in Australia, with some solid core beers and interesting experiments to boot.

This is an incredibly popular place, just not with me. Okay, while it does carry the names of one of my favourite beers, the times that I have been here I haven't been all that impressed. I remember coming here for a work lunch and I ordered, as always, a beef schnitty, and I have to say that I wasn't at all impressed with it. I came back again on my recent trip and it was packed to the brim. They did have some decent beers on tap (though all of them were Coopers brands), and they have two restaurants, one serving traditional pub grub, and the other doing woodfired pizzas. It's certainly a popular place however it isn't one of my favourites (the schnitty made sure of that). I don't mind it though I doubt that I would go out of my way to visit again, especially for a feed.

Came here for a Sunday feed after a bike ride and was told of their schnitzel specials... $19.90 for 300g schnitty's OR $20 for 600g... Anyways you would know which one I picked... But in the end wish I just picked the 300g because no way in the world could I finish even that let alone 600g... In the end sadly nearly half of that meat went to waste. Have learnt my lesson to to let my stomach and eyes decide.

Ordered a glass of red. Most expensive on list. Given the dregs if two right infront of me. There for business and "u right " doesn't cut it. 3 visits and three eye raising experiences. Far below par.

Very disappointed. Obviously understaffed. Ordered specials and were told later they were not available. Medium rare steak was beyond well done. Sent something back to the kitchen for the first time ever only to be told that the chef says it is medium rare so they brought it back. Never again! Their schnitty was ok though and very big.
