Do not use this company. Unless you are happy to pay 4 times what was quoted, oh and have the owner threaten you when you question the extra cost for no extra work.
I am sorry you feel this way, but as it was explained when the job was booked in, we never quote over the phone - we only quote our hourly rate and our minimum charge of $99. I don't see how you can think we would only charge $99 for a job that took nearly three hours, cutting out shower breech and installing a new shower/bath mixer. Install cold service for toilet and install hot and cold services for basin. When you said "sorry don't have the money" we reduced the costs to help out, approx. $130 off, however you still didn't want to pay. I did threaten legal action as you accepted these works and even watched our Plumber do these works. I then asked you how much you would at least pay and you said $300, we both agreed and you paid our Plumber. Sorry you feel this way still, but to think you can pay only $99 for a job that clearly costs more must be a misunderstanding. Please call our office if you want to discuss further.
I would like to congratulate Coral Sea Plumbing for their efficient and professional service. From the moment I called the office where the phone was answered in under three rings by a person until the tradesman left my house everything flowed like clockwork. Sharna (real person) called me back to advise tradesman would be at house within the hour (in fact 45 minutes). Ziggy was professional and attended to the burst hot water pipe without fuss and was finished within a further 45 minutes which included ordering and receiving a replacement tap kit. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
