I agree with Josh but the incompetence of the admin staff is only the beginning of the nightmare. At the same time this entity was granted a monopoly for determining a person's dependence on alcohol (replacing the free service previously given by DASSA), legislation was passed to ensure Doctors would be required to report far more patients to the Department of Transport when their alcohol usage exceeded the new, arbitrary limit which results in being disqualified from driving. This happened to me and I lost my licence for almost 12 months for doing nothing illegal and had to prove I wasn't dependent on alcohol by attending an assessment at Corporate Health Group - clearly the concept here is guilty until proven innocent. The cost 2 years ago was $420 (no concessions whatsoever) and consisted of talking to a nurse for 35 minutes, a Doctor for 5 minutes and a blood test. Go to this practice if your a fan of massive Q's, over an hour wait times and general disorganisation. The front desk staff are that of a depressed state and have no regard for 10 people waiting to be checked in and seated awaiting their appointment. Will never return to this shambles establishment.
