Cortille is quaint little hipster restaurant that is absolutely perfect for brunch with the girlies. I had the most delicious waffles with bacon, mapple syrup, popcorn and icecream. It was absolutely divine and almost looked too good to touch (check their instragram). However, the biggest plus point is that they have an absolutely beautiful range of foods and goodies that cater towards vegans and gluten-free customers. My only compliant is the pricing, they are a little steep. That being said, it does follow the norm of Bendigo having good food at city pricing.
