Used to be my regular salon but then they upped the prices at the same time a hairdresser kept bleaching my hair in banded yellow shades! I also had one hairdresser brush my extensions so rough I was covered in hair I had never been so furious. These hair dressers have probably since left though! Not game enough to go back to find out!
A haircut that I got here recently determined my decision to look else where for my next cut.
I asked for a trim and had up to 7 inches cut off. Last time I checked, a trim was 2-3 inches off the length?
I was devastated by this and would hate for this to happen to anyone else!!!
Had a good makeup lesson there before my wedding but was recommended an incorrect shade of foundation. Even though we spent almost $800 in products they would not allow me to exchange the foundation (which I had been told was an incorrect shade by Napoleon staff - so I'm not just being fussy). Not impressed.
