I will not deal with any online sales that use this compnay for delivery. One Driver had signed my name and left the parcel at the letterbox on the ground as it would not fit in. The Seller checked the signature and told me that it was not my signature from previous delieveries and to take it up with them. I did and no repsonse.

We are dissatisfied that an Australian Courier Company would fail to deliver several times to an apartment under the guise of "no parking" and fails to provide a delivery card which is the ONLY local system available to the receiving party to initiate a re-direct. This parcel is urgent and through your driver's demonstrated incompetence and your customer services inability to follow through we are left in a position where our goods are in your possession.
Twice when the apparent redelivery occurred we were both home. No buzzer call. no card left.
You do not have our permission to hold onto our parcel.
You have no rights to delay and not communicate why you are holding our goods.
We expect the parcel to be delivered in our hands tomorrow along with an acknowledgement from your Management Team.
Almost had enough of this company,, Had a driver not turn up to do a pickup job had to deliver to depot myself,, Dont get your information wrong when sending anything as like me you will get punished and be left high and dry,, If i dont a comittment we will take our business to another courier,, If you come to my place to do a pickup then arrive and have respect if this happens again i will takeout a full page ad with newpapers and also pay for a media spend on social media highlighting the driver and his name,,
Received a missed delivery notice. Called up and organised for collection as i was about to go to Bali, and would not have time to wait for redelivery. Was told to wait for a message - but that i could pick it up later that day. Message never came.
Next afternoon after waiting on hold for another 20 minutes, I was told I would receive a pickup message again same day. Instead i received a message there was another failed delivery attempt. (no card though, pretty sure was a system error).
I then flew overseas.
When i returned i had another parcel to organise redelivery for through couriers please. I called up, spent 20 minutes on the phone. Asked if i could getread more
This is the first world not the third world they should go back to Singapore their manners and their bad delivery service is an insult .The parcel was supposed to arrive on Friday it is now Tuesday and the best they can do is tell me to go and pick it up at a newsagent which is out of my way which i won't be doing.So either the company i bought the articles off resend the parcel to my house or i am cancelling my purchase with them
