DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
Purchased over three weeks ago, have emailed and called and emailed and called and still no response or item. check out the google reviews, just as terrible. wish i had read before I purchased anything from this place. I am supprised they have not been banned from traiding.

This business is unreliable, dishonest and frustrating to deal with. I ordered a cot mattress from them, after a month from purchase date i had not recieved my goods or any communication from them. I emailed them, and did not recieve a response. When i called them they knew who i was, but couldnt give me any details about my order, when i asked whether the matress was in stock they could not give me an answer. They told me that someone would get back to me by COB. The next day i called and left a message, no response. I rang back the next day, no answer, and no response to my voicemail. I called again, no answer. I took my caller id off and they answered, promising the manager would call back. No answer. After a few more unanswered calls, i got through, they promised a refund. We ordered, and paid for, a Pram and Bassinet combination from this company, to be delivered to our daughter in Rockhampton. When the delivery hadn’t arrived within a fortnight, we called them and asked for a tracking number and information on why the pram, etc hadn’t arrived.. We were promised a call back asap.

When no call was received within a couple of days, we called again, and again were promised a call back which never eventuated. This process repeated for two weeks, with us calling several times daily and receiving a variety of reasons why the pram hadn’t been delivered, and why we hadn’t been called back.. Been waiting for my order to be posted for nearly 6 weeks now when I was assured via email that my pram would be sent last week. I gave them the benefit of the doubt... Called up today to get a refund so I can look elsewhere as I'm running out of time to purchase a pram before my baby arrives, to only be told they will process refund and call me back... im still waiting for a call back and it's been a couple of hours now. I tried to contact them via Facebook and email with no success as they have not replied. Such a poor level of communication. I'm advising everyone I know via Facebook and private message to avoid making purchases from this particular company due to the lack of responses and poor service, i wont stand by and allow friends and family to be put through the same situation, my refund has not even been processed yet. I'm so stressed out due to this issue. Extremely disappointed.

Where do I start with this review? I feel as though giving this business 1 star is far more than they deserve. My entire experience with them was nothing but an absolute nightmare.

The process of me shopping for and buying my first pram was one filled with anxiety and stress- definitely not something you need when you are pregnant! I ordered my Joolz Day 2 pram from Cradle Cribs & Kids on the 3/1/2018. What had attracted me to this store was the fact that they offered Oxipay which would fit in with our budget.
