great design approach in the home, in the stones corner showroom, and some final design tweaks via e-mail and phone. very thoughtful aesthetic / functional design principles and advice. trades people were great, friendly, skilled, professional, and the project manager integrated one of my own trades people really well. some pandemic-induced logistical issues handled well, and an appliance supplier issue was adeptly managed too. they won't be your cheapest option, but you certainly get great advice, great design, quality work, excellent communicati0ns and exactly the right appliance selection for your situation, such that the overall value proposition is excellent. Don't worry that kitchen reno will turn out tacky, because there's no chance it will if you go with CraftBuilt.

I've just had my new kitchen installed and I am very happy. The process was smooth from start (design) to end (installation) and I was kept informed at each stage. I can say that I am happy with everyone who worked on my project however I am particularly pleased with the kitchen designer Michael for a fantastic design, the project manager Sharon who worked hard at organising the scheduling to get the kitchen completed as soon as possible, and the installation guys who took care to have all the cabinetry perfectly installed. Craftbuild Kitchens did a great job and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

We used Craftbuilt because they were local and we were impressed by our initial meeting. From the first meeting with Michael, the designer, to installation and last minute details, we were thoroughly impressed. Sharon, the project manager, was always available and kept us informed as to when each tradie would be onsite. We highly recommend the Craftbuilt team as they were easy to work with and responded quickly to any issues. Our kitchen is both beautiful and functional.

We are very happy with our new kitchen and laundry.
All Craftbuilt staff and tradies were professional and personable. Any problems that arose were well managed, allowing work to run to schedule. Our project manager was always prompt to respond to enquires and made sure we were always informed about any issues or changes.

We have just completed our kitchen renovation with Craftbuilt Kitchens and could not be happier with the results. After using our old kitchen (which was also a Craftbuilt Kitchen and was still in good condition although "dated") for the past 22 years we cannot believe how much easier and more efficient our new kitchen is to use.
The design process was fun, with lots of ideas suggested and the finished product is exactly as we wanted.
The entire team from Justine, Sharon, Paul and all the tradespeople were reliable, efficient and went a few little things didnt go as planned were more than happy to rectify and ensure we were happy with the finished result.
