I'm never doing my tax at c/h again. My appointment lasted all of 5 minutes, I wasn't asked any questions at all about my work. I had to mention work related expenses. For $150 I expected a lot more. I didn't even get a return on the one item I did claim on. I will definitely be going elsewhere next year.
