Crowne Plaza Hotel Newcastle

Discover harbourfront accommodation at Crowne Plaza Newcastle

Crowne Plaza Newcastle hotel is the ideal Newcastle accommodation choice whether you are travelling by yourself, with your partner or the whole family. The Crowne Plaza Newcastle's luxury harbourside suite style rooms offer space and kitchen facilities, perfect for short or long stays.

The best place to stay in Newcastle, 2.5 hours north of Sydney. The terrace-style Georgian town house hotel overlooks the water to the working harbour of Stockton, the lighthouse, and marina. Comfy king-size beds and huge spa baths are part of the deal. Breeze restaurant has a brekkie buffet that warrants a three-course brunch with newspapers just to get through it all. There’s an omelette station for eggs any way and a hot buffet with crispy bacon, sausages, beans and hash browns. Have some fun with the juicer, where you can make your own with segments of fruit, cucumber and mint. Pop outside for some of the best waterfront restaurants in Honeysuckle.

The place is wonderfully situated near the water. Our room was spacious and very clean. The food are very nice and healthy. The staff are very accomodating.

VERY expensive but not a dollar wasted. easily the best hotel stay in melbourne to date. staff were nice enough and the food was to die for. Wish list: discounts for guests wanting to dine.

We had our wedding here in 2012, and they were amazing. Accommodated every need and request. Our wedding coordinator did a fantastic job and everything was timed really well, the food was delicious and there was lots of time for dancing (so many other weddings I've been to the partying gets cut short cause the catering runs overtime). our guests loved the convenience of staying right upstairs. We used our free wedding night accommodation 6 months ago and enjoyed an anniversary dinner (also free) 3 months ago (when I say free I mean it was included in our overall wedding package), Breakfast is fantastic, love that you can make your own fresh juices.

Comfortable bed, lovely check-in, friendly and very helpful staff and concierge.

Only stayed a night but had lovely water views, a nice late evening at the bar and an enjoyable stay. Walking distance to all the waterfront restaurants. Would be back!

A fabulous berakfast bar. It was the first time I had seen a fresh juice bar, where you get to choose your own fruit and make it yourself which was great novel fun. The only downside being that the juice was squeezed into the one shared jug and given that most people liked beetroot, it also meant that I had no other choice than to have beetroot in my juice also. However I loved the concept. We also utilised the hotel for an event and have to say that they were lacking in skill and experience and perhaps interest in our corporate event. Little things that made a difference such as hot food coming out early and only warm, promised staff not being available. However the location, rooms and restaurant & restaurant staff were all excellent.
