Hi David, I was just reading the reply you left to my wife after we visited your site last Saturday. I will forward you an email with pictures of your “best in the Hawkesbury car wash” and then you can tell me about them. When I was using you equipment, the first lane I went through had a machine giving a false timer reading, and there is a piece of paper taped to it explaining this. When I went to use the brush, it felt like I was using a hard wire brush as the long hairs have all fallen off leaving a hard brush. The lane right next to it had the same brush that’s been used too many times and had no soft bits left on it. In the same lane the machine only has rinse/soap and foam brush working. In the third lane I used, the foam brush hose has cuts right through it that have been taped up. When I turned it on I got soaked in car wash as it was falling from the top where the hose is broken and still broken today. I asked the attendant there why this place has turnedread more
Hi Cameron, We've acted on your complaints and following discussion of those issues with our staff I can tell you that in the intervening week we've already made considerable progress towards putting them right. Without making excuses I will say two things; we are subject to very high levels of mindless vandalism - being particularly vulnerable by reason of our equipment being open for use 24/7; and we, like other quality carwashes, are reliant on US-produced goods (which are recognised as world-beaters) such as genuine horse-hair foam-brushes, shipments of which have been adversely affected for some months by severe hurricane activity in the USA. That being said, we believe you will notice a considerable improvement next time you come, and it's our intention that such improvement will continue. Thank you for bringing these matters to our attention and we hope we can continue to help you keep your vehicle clean.
Horrible car wash! The owner obviously doesn't care about his machines! We used 2 different self serve machines and both were not working properly. The pipes were broken and leaking everywhere and the brushes we're of poor quality. There's is no way I would use them on our car. Employee was rude and blamed us for ruining the equipment when's that was the first time we used it and we hadn't only just put it on. Will definitely never use them again and I hope for the safety of other people's cars they will stay away too.

Well, this is embarassing! I'm the Managing Director of the owning company and I don't recognise any part of the picture you've just painted of our carwash. It's certainly untrue to say that we don't care. We're the undoubted number one carwash in the area and we couldn't have achieved that position, or maintain it, if we didn't care, or if we didn't constantly replace and upgrade our equipment, or if we didn't train our staff to provide courteous service to our customers.

This place has improved out of all recognition. They've just installed the latest touch-free automatic which I find the best ever, it even includes an on-board dryer. My wife also likes their Ladies mornings and my old mum and dad love their Seniors days, both of which are fantastic value for money. All told, why go anywhere else.

The auto carwash they've got here is just great. There's no worries about your paintwork like you get with those brush or rubber strip ones. It's just pressure of water and it surprised me because when it had finished and I got out and had a look, I'd never seen my car cleaner.
After this, I certainly won't be going back to any that use brushes.
