Actions speak louder than words and saying the word sorry over and over doesn't fix anything or help your customers feel valued or appreciated. I visited Cullen Bay Day Spa and Hot the best massage I ever had. It included hot stones and aromatherapy by the the beautiful Marii.
It absolutely revived my mind body and spirit and I highly recommend her to everyone. I will definitely be back.

This is the first time I've ever been compelled to review a business due to the poor treatment I have received. I have a bad taste in my mouth and wonder how this business really is still in business! They have a voucher system however it is more like a highway robbery system. As the restrictions they place on you using the voucher within the 3 months and then within their limited availability basically mean you can't use it. I feel so sad that my friends wasted their hard earned money on a voucher for my birthday here that I'm unable to use due to the inability of the spa to book me in for the treatment. And when I dared to tell the manager I was disappointed in her customer service (or lack of), she hung up on me! Please steer clear at all costs, there are many lovely spas in Darwin, and this is not one of them!
This review is untrue as the receptionist booked you in for a pedicure but you cancelled because you couldn't use your voucher for 2 people . Terms & conditions are written on the voucher.
I have been a customer of Cullen Bay Day Spa for nearly 4 yrs, I have never seen, subjected to nor heard of any bad treatment by staff or management, in fact it has been quite the opposite. I don't expect royal treatment by how much I spend or how much I earn, or lack there of. If you believe you deserve a freeby or royal treatment then you are sadly in a world of your own, a business in this climate is dog eat dog and survival of the fittest, I applaud Cullen Bay staff, manager and Owner as I have seen the turnover in my time it is hard to get and maintain good people that are hard working, and are willing to prove themselves,also true to their word and CV. I have enjoyed every visit every product and every conversation, especially the environment of the day spa. I will continue to visit, purchase products, and utilise all available facials, pedicure, manicure and massages as I have had nothing but first class treatment. I have never written a review for any business but the way that I was treated today by the management at this spa was beyond disgusting. The treatment that I had last week was below par but I was prepared to give the salon another chance because of its proximity to my home. The management got incredibly aggressive and seemed to lose the plot just because they had made a mistake and moved my appointment time without telling me. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.
