Very unprofessional unreliable and beyond rude! Staff really need either a career change or a serious change in the way they deal with customers attitude wise. Also a little business tip - if you want customers to do things a certain way it's probably best to provide this to them and have your terms available on your website, second tip if you want to be condescending, argumentative and unprofessional your probably not going to be in business very long! As someone who worked in a customer based role I can tell you that your staff are doing everything wrong in the customer service department I'm glad to not be wasting our money further on your so called professional business !!
I ordered a large skip bin to get rid of the gaden waste and general junk. Later Cut Price Skip Bins phone me and demand another $500 up front before they take it away because they say I wasn't supposed to put mixed waste in the bin. I think there was a mix up in communication with Cut Price Skip Bins, so I try and negotiate as I think paying another $500 (more than the bin cost in the first place) is unreasonable. I offer to follow them to the tip and pay any extra charges for the trash, but all I get is rudeness. I say give me back the money I already paid. Then Cut Price Skip Bins say they now have to deduct "transport" costs from my original payment. I ask how much and when will they come to get the bin, but all I get is more rudeness. I will never use them again and never recommend them to anyone else.
Cancelled my service and paid my final account because I was moving house, yet they delivered a new one anyway! When I phoned them to ask them why, they claimed they were waiting for 'final dates'. What a load of rubbish! My word against theirs.. they were very quick to take my money yet wouldn't collect the empty pack. If it gets stolen from an empty house it won't be my problem! Extremely rude customer service. I'd look elsewhere.
I have been with Cut Price Trash Paks for several years now and I think they are very good. Occasionally I have had a pack that was too heavy and they simply left an extra bag and asked me to split it. This was when I had several pieces of tree trunk in the bag, so I do think it was fair enough. And when the pack is less than half full they don't take it and I don't pay. Well recommended,
We just cancelled our service after a few frustrations. In particular, on a number of occasions we had packs left behind because they were "too heave", however my 7 year old could move it. We were then charged an extra pickup when we asked them to come back. We were tempted to leave some Weet Bix and iron tablets out so the driver could build his strength! Pretty rude phone service too. I'd look elsewhere.
