I started with Blake just doing the group training. I absolutely love it, I go every week knowing Im going to get a great workout and definately get my moneys worth. The workouts are always different and exciting to keep you motivated. Blake is such a great trainer, he has this amazing talent for knowing what kind of trainer you need individually. He can be really tough and loud while still keeping that positive encouragement so all participants feel included. If you are looking for a trainer that genuinely cares about you and helping you achieve your own goals he is the man! I will be starting one on one PT with him this week and I am confident I will be just as satisfied with this also!
