All my family and lots of friends go to Dr Dallimore because he knows what he is doing, is very kind and a very nice man. If he can't fix something he will not do a hatchet job but will refer to someone else. For years I put up with his horrible receptionist, why he tolerated her I don't know. She refused to have eftpos, wouldn't learn how to use a computer and kept the practice in the dark ages. Not only that but had a repellent personality.
HOWEVER, good news!! she had to retire and the new lady, name of Jory is delighful, talk about chalk and cheese. She has managed to get eftpos which is a big leap forward and was the main bone of contention between Dr D and his patients. read more
Doctor Fabulous ( 5 stars ). Receptionist not (1 star)!!
Very unhelpful when trying to pay.
I am not local to Perth but the receptionist requested I come to the offices to pay or send cheque / money order.
I am not close to a town so post office is not at hand to get money order and I do not have a cheque account. I was happy to pay by eftpos by these facilities not available.
I was also informed that it is very unusual for Medicare to pay before the account is paid in full. I am not sure she knows what she is talking about as I have always done my payments this way.
I think it's time for a new receptionist!!
Dr Dallimore is very helpful and intelligent man. On the other hand the receptionist is the most repugnant person I have ever met. She is so rude and intolerant and thinks she is Gods gift to the world. She can't keep track of accounts and tried to charge me two more times for an appointment I had already paid for (until I could find the receipt and give her the receipt number). She is so stupid and unhelpful she should get a less 'stressful' job.
The receptionist that works Friday's is so so rude and everything seems to be an issue, perhaps she should find a less stressful job or perhaps one that doesn't deal with people. Dr Dallimore on the other hand is exceptional it's just unfortunate the face of his business is not the same
I have one only complaint and that is his office is operating in the dark ages. No computer, fax, even a phone book. Signs about anything and everything in his waiting rooms. No bulk billing anymore and you pay cash fo the gap. The medicare cheque comes to you and he is not listed in the white pages online. I had to come to this site to find his address so I could send off the cheque.
