Awesome service! The office guys were so friendly and polite to deal with and the Warranty Department called me back within a few mins of receiving my email. I have deal with many businesses in my lifetime and good old fashioned quality service hard to find. Thanks so much for your help and support Dandy Air Supplies!! Highly recommend. :)
Unprofessional and worst customer service I have come across.
They installed a Brevis heater in my new house built by Henley one year ago. Last month the heater fan starts making an abnormal noise. I rang Brevis who agrees to send a technitian to look at it. I was told that if it is not the unit fault, I will have to pay for the technician service. The technician came and found that the intake filter was chocked. Apparently with that size of the intake grill which was installed, a filter is not required as it can cause problem to the fan motor because of lack of air flow. The filter should have been removed when the unit was installed and commissioned and it would have been different if the intake dimention was 1000 x 400mm. This was confirmed after calling Dandyair for further inquiries and they said that the installer must have forgotten to removeread more
Bought brand new house 3 years ago. With dandy air doing heating.
They have been back to fix there quality work probably 20 times.
I am at that point to take them to court as I have 7 months old baby and heating played up twice all ready. 3 years old house, come on. I just can't take it any more.
Absolutely shocking. The staff on the phone was absolutely worst. We got a Brivis Heating only used for 1 week when realized it't not working OK. Needs reset every morning or when OFF for a longer time. While Brivis advised they can service it but they'll charge outcall fee. They said to get installer fix it as it's still a new install. Fair enough. But DandyAir refused at all. The words like Can't Do..NO... Can't Do..Get Brivis to fix it.. Then they realized their computer was down (or claimed it's down now). I can't do it! They were too rude! I asked Henley (builder) to call them but he got same answer.
Luckily unlike the other reviewers I actually have had good experiences with Dandy Air or at least their contractors! I must admit office staff are shocking in their mannerism however there has been quick responses to my issues and the service man who comes out has always been friendly and fixed the problems and explained things thoroughly.
