I am a certified personal trainer with 12 years experience in fitness, a certified nutrition and weight management advisor.
I specialise in WEIGHT MANAGEMANT, STRENGTH/FITNESS CONDITIONING, TONING, MUSCLE GAIN, POSTURE ALIGNEMENT and NUTRITION ANALYSIS. I can also advise on how to look particularly in shape on a particular day!
I have recently moved here from London, where I worked for the past 7 years. I also worked with Men's health, Men's fitness and Healthy for Men magazines as a front cover Model and workout demonstrator.
I use my own equipment and am mainly looking to hold sessions outdoors (mainly Rushcutters bay park and Domain) or in private residences.
