Couldnt wish more in terms of customer service and coaching. We have 3 children attendingghe gym programms: two are doing the Aspire program (they are 10 yo and 9 yo), and 7 yo does Intermediate Kids program.
Senior coachwas very helpful assessing children's levels at time of enrollement. Communication was wonderful, and enrollement process was quick and easy.
Classes are challenging, coaches are great with children. Very positive atmosphere in gym
However, there are some problems with parking, especially at peak times.
Average and I do question whether the people running this program have children themselves as they don't seem to understand the younger children. We were left upset and disappointed when we were unable to attend the end of year carnival that they held on a Saturday in December due to work commitments (our weekly class was a Tuesday and we came religiously). Our 4 year old had been coming for 18mths and had many friends attending. The people running it were constantly telling the kids in the lead up to the carnival that everyone would receive a medal. When I asked them about giving a medal to my daughter after the carnival, I was told no and given a range of ridiculous excuses. I even said I would buy one of their cheap $10medals etc.. and they told me that despite having plenty of extra medals leftover, that it was "policy". This demonstrated to me that they have NO idea about young children and what a medal means to them. My daughter was very upsetread more
Very happy with this gymnastic club for lessons for my 5-year-old. Range of classes for all ages but my experience has been with the beginners, Early Movers. Teaches young kids lots of skills from listening skills, balls skills, balance, trampolining and very basics of gymnastics. Lots of fun! Instructors Megan and Danielle are just great with the little people. Our classes are held in Clayfield College's gym on Sandgate Road.
