the worst customer service ever, taken 1 month after reporting a new wine fridge was not working a no resolution. at leat 5 emails and 3 phone calls, i had to arrnge a quote for a call out service to inspect and send them the quote of $99. 7 days later no reply again emails and calls with lame apologies that they are busy??

We've ordered a large (150Kg) wine fridge and spent over $1,700 including $143 on shipping with Luxo Living. When the fridge arrived we were told by the delivery guy - to our amazement - that he could not deliver the fridge into the house as Luxo Living's delivery arrangements with the courier didn't include the service and he just left it in the garage. The courier also mentioned that it also deliver for The Good Guys who actually pay the courier for large items to be properly delivered into customer's homes as part of their service. This has placed a burden on us to move the fridge into the property which was an issue as it was up to me andread more
Terrible. Bought a outdoor lounge and says will be delivered Monday no calls change for Tuesday and driver courier says will be delivered by 6 and nothing, got a call from him and tell will be delivered by 10pm...so change again to be delivered by Wednesday.arriving at 7:30, who him suppose to deliver 5-7pm. When he courier arrive he says cant take my lounge to my apartment and I should take it with my own hands(its a joke) super rude courier.after I say take back he agree take with his trolley to the lift at last.such terrible service and company.i will never will buy again and dont recommend.
Do your research before buying anything from this company, trust the bulk negative reviews online and do not be fooled by the luxurious looking products. In my experience, you will receive very poor quality and faulty products that flat out do not work. Also keep in mind that this company does NOT honour warranties and will say absolutely anything to avoid repairing/replacing faulty products under the warranty they offer. The sauna I purchased came with a 2-year warranty and after only 2 days it was showing signs of being faulty. They flat out refused to offer any kind refund, repair OR replacement under WARRANTY and I am $1500 out of pocket! The 'specialist' I spoke to on the phone ([name removed]) flat out told me: "you can take us to court if you want to, you could win, but I'm not honouring your warrantyread more
i bought 4 sun lunges off this company. THey fell apart within a few months, and the compnay told me we were very rough with them. After many months of arguing and proving that only two people live in this house, no children, they decided to repace with new ones, and was told i would have them in July of this year. REally i am still waiting for them, The sevice is disgusting to say the least. they never call bacl and make all the excuses in the world, someone is sick, someone is on holiday, really, dont you have enought staff to do the work needed.
i highly suggest that nobody deal with this company, you iwll not get what you really think you are getting. The material used in the sunlounges is not of good quality, that will stand up to our heat etc. THey use rubbish material
