Denco Diesel and Turbo

Outstanding service. I urgently needed a part which every Repco, Bursons and Nissan dealer in Sydney told me would take 4-6 weeks to come from Japan. These guys were the only place that had it and they went the extra mile to dispatch it to Sydney within the hour via express courier and it was at my door 24 hours later.

Great communication and the part was around 20% cheaper than what the other suppliers quoted me as well. Thanks very much.

horrible customer service and liars !

i called them in desperate need of a fuel pump for my 4wd landcruiser. fair enough they need a pump number to allocate the correct pump to me but i am of my age and its really hard for me to physically have a look for a number. i told them i had a VIN number and they can check the number through there. i could tell they didnt want to check it via the vin not to sure why. after a while they were able to get right pump for me and said they had it in stock. so i bought the pump online. waited 5 days and still no pump. i called them and they said they didnt have on the shelf.

end of they day i got my money back, went to another online diesel store and didnt have any issues from there on.
