I had previously used this guy to repair my faulty sound system which was under warranty at the time. He fixed the problem. Then 12 months later, the system developed the same issue (no sound). I took it back to him, by the way the sound system was out of warranty. The guy wanted $140 up front to look at it. I paid it. After waiting a few weeks I heard nothing from him. I called him. He told me that he had a back log of work. Anyway, to cut a long story short, after countless phone calls and his constant failure to return my calls, after chasing this guy, I'm out of pocket $140, I have no sound system, and its now been FIVE YEARS!!!!! Absolutely terrible, shocking service. Undeserving of any rating whatsoever.
