I started my fitness journey with Diane in May last year at 85kg. Diana made me feel comfortable and at home whenever I arrived for my personal training session at her home. By the end of September I had lost 15kg with a mix of interval strength and core training, cardio and boxing. Even tho I am no longer a client of Dianes due to moving house, I have been able to maintain my healthy weight of 65kg, keep fit and healthy with the exercises and guidance Diane had shown me throughout the 7 months she had been my personal trainer. Diane is the best personal trainer I have worked with by far who is also extreamly friendly and knowledgble about fitness and diet.
