Dirty Harry's Bin Hire

Worse experience ever. Rude managers. Unprofessional service. They took more that 2 weeks to pick up the bin (agreed time was 4 days).

Worst Company to deal with. They don't log bookings, and so they forget to drop off your bin. When you ring they put you to the back of the list, and make no effort to get a bin to you ASAP. We waited two days before they told us we'd have to wait another. Was told by the old guy "We missed the tip drop off, so the trip's shut. So we don't have a bin for you today (5:40pm). I'm short staffed, so you'll have to wait till tomorrow morning. I can't give you 7ltrs of blood." Appalled, disgusted and angry. DO NOT USE DIRTY HARRY'S BIN HIRE!

I freaked out after I had read all these bad reviews, because I didn't bother to check online before I hired a bin with these guys! But my experience overall with this company was very good. My skip was due to arrive on Friday, which was a public holiday. It was getting on to midday and no show, so I called the company and the tips had all opened late and closed early due to it being a public holiday, so they were running behind. The person I spoke to assured me they would ring an hour before it was delivered, whether it be Friday or Saturday morning. I received a call later that day apologising and telling me the bin would be there before midday on Saturday. They called me an hour before they delivered the bin and it arrived when they said it would, on Saturday. Wow I think I would have being put off if I read all these reviews before I called but glad I didn't! At the end of the day we wanted a cheap bin for an extended period of time that didn't come with a list of things you couldn't put in it!So the bin arrived the day after they said it would but they called to tell me and it didn't affect us, the bin has seen better days but didn't matter as we were able to get everything it we needed to and they gave us nearly 3 weeks to keep the bin which worked for us to be able to keep adding things when we had time. If you want a cheap bin that you could put most things in and you are not fussed how long it sits in your driveway then I say book them!

i called these guys for a quote on Tuesday morning for a quote and found them to be the cheapest, so i hired a bin through them. WORST decision i have ever made. they came by my place and the driver did not want to drive up my driveway do he dropped the bin at the bottom of the driveway and said he send another driver to drive it up the driveway and would be back. i thought i'd trust him. an hour goes by and i called the bin hire place to see where the driver was and when he would be back, that was 4 days ago. after calling the bin hire place 9 times and getting every excuse under the sun still no result. i got to the point where i just wanted a refund so i can get a bin elsewhere and was hung up and abused multiple times. i have never dealt with such unreliable,unprofessional people in my life.....
NEVER AGAIN!!!
