Wow, where to begin. We are so very happy to have found Divine Creatures. We have 2 cats, a 16 year old diabetic and an 8 year old cheeky exotic. We had previously boarded our cats at another establishment that likes to call itself 5 star, but their treatment of our cats was anything but. They displayed cold indifference to Maurice, our exotic boy and contempt towards Fudge, our 16 year old diabetic. It got to the point where they told us they no longer wanted our cats to board with them anymore, as our diabetic cat caused them too much stress.

Reluctantly, we had to board our cat while going overseas for a month. Cat had never been to a cattery and we had heard horrible things about some other facilities, with cats returning in deplorable physical condition and even traumatized. Divine Creatures were recommended by our vet. We chose a 'New York' Apartment (because of the size and the fact that the have outside windows - our cat is an indoor/outdoor cat), combined with daily playtime. While this was a fairly expensive exercise (not that other catteries are cheap), it was money well spent. Upon return, we collected our cat, happy and health and clearly very enamored with her 'auntie' at Divine Creatures. And no fretting at all - she settled right back in at home. We also loved the e-mail and facebook updates, including photos, provided by DC. We will definitely board her at DC again.
We have two ragdoll cats that are like part of the family and I'd always hated the thought of putting them in a cattery... until I found Divine Creatures. There's nothing like it in Sydney. We have left Artie and Bella there now about 5 times, for everything from a three week Christmas vacation to the odd weekend away - and also had them clipped there this summer, which worked out really well (less fur when they malted and a cooler coat for summer). ...read more
