We checked our precious little guy into the Kholo site on Thursday 8th December 2022. It has now been 3 days of calling all the numbers, inside & outside business hours, with absolutely no response. Wouldn't board my cat anywhere else. These people are just lovely, both to my cat and to me. The pet retreat is always super clean, neat, and tidy, and the staff are the friendliest and most helpful people. My cat is super finicky, hates strangers, generally only likes her own house, but she comes out of a stay here happy and calm. Nothing is a problem forread more
