Dome Coffees

Hit and miss with the quality of their coffee, cleanliness is appalling, missing tiles in the floor are a hazard for all the women in heels. Service is freindly but terribly slow when busy. Coffee is served far too hot, but then you can ask them to not scald the milk. Dissappointing.

This is our local coffee shop and we frequent it quite a lot especially Sunday mornings with our neighbors. The setting is quite nice and pleasant. It is a typical Dome and the coffee is reasonable and the cakes too. Unfortunately the service is usually quite bad, with orders delayed, sometimes mixed up and sometimes forgotten. Tables are often not cleared or cleaned but there is no hesitation when asked to clean them. If you are prepared to accept these misgivings (which we generally are) then it is not a bad spot.

Dome is one of my favourite cafe's. The food there is great. They have a great variety from coffee and cake to a delicious assortment of breakfast options that are just fantastic.

Want a coffee and cake or something more substantial? Then you have to visit the Dome in Kingsley. The food and beverages are everything you come to expect from a Dome cafe, but more importantly the friendly staff make the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. I'm not sure if this is family run, but it certainly seems so.

This is a great little coffee shop in the middle of the suburbs away from the large shopping districts. Great coffee and cakes. A little slow on the food delivery at peak times but just have another coffee while you wait.
