All of the glazed doors in our range feature Doors Plus Safe-GlassTM which is up to 500% stronger than ordinary glass and if broken with extreme force, the glass will break into small harmless granules rather than large shards of dangerous glass, the security and wellbeing of your family is important to us.
Also provided at no extra cost to you is Paint'n'Peel. The protective film is placed over the glass, so there is no need for you to mask up the door prior to painting. Simply paint, trim and then peel the protective film off the glass.

Buyer beware! We purchased a security screen door from Doors Plus Balcatta which cost $1429! After one month the lock has stopped working. Despite numerous phone calls where they said they would do something about it, on the last phone call we were told to stop calling them as it had nothing to do with them!!!! We have now sent two emails requesting it be fixed which they have not responded to. It seems we're at a stalemate as the door would surely have some sort of warranty??
Purchased a door through Doors Plus Balcatta, dealt with Clint he was a pleasure to deal with very knowledgeable, professional and helpful, door was fitted and the fitters did a great job, I am extremely pleased with the result looks great. Would highly recommend Clint and the guys at Balcatta Doors Plus.
The service from doors plus is mediocre at best. Paid a deposit for a door over 4 months ago and it has only just been installed. I was always the one chasing for carpenters to come out and measure the space for our new internal door. The first attempt at installation the wrong door had been ordered. During that attempt the carpenter unplugged our freezer in the garage to use the plug and didn’t plug it back in. We went away that night for the weekend and returned after a few days to ants everywhere and a fully defrosted freezer. Over $300 worth of food ruined. A few weeks later again after more prompting the correct door arrived and was fitted. The door and installation are ok. The door does what it should. I was not offered a discount for the food that was ruined. I keep being told an area manager would call me to discuss. That is yet to happen.

On 10/5/2022, we ordered security door at doors plus balcatta store. We made a payment of $725 deposit and was advised that it will take up to 6 weeks and someone will come and take measurements for the door. One of the guy came and took the measurement and informed us that it will take 6 weeks to deliver. After almost 6-7 weeks we received an email stating that the measurement didn’t matched our order and they couldn’t proceed with our order therefore want to refund our money and requested for bank details. We then provided the bank details but we haven’t received our refund neither further communication. Contacted store couple of times with no luck and the staffs seems to be very rude and unhelpful. They have been holding our money for more than 3 months now. Really bad service and still chasing for our refund.

Dealt with the Balcatta store. Store is a mess which should have been all the red flag we needed but we went ahead. After we paid deposit took multiple phone calls and chasing to get a delivery date. Finally got delivery date and they turned up with the wrong door. Two different stories as to why the door was wrong no apology. We are attempting to get a refund. Do not recommend the Balcatta store.
