After an unpleasant experience , long waiting periods, try 4 to 5 hour stretches, with aprivate specialist eye centre for cataract surgery and a strong feeling of just being yet another number in the queue during surgery, I was very apprehensive when I again needed to see an opthamologist, due to scar tissue.
What an amazing difference, a friendly welcoming greeting from the reception staff, no waiting time, a warm reassuring smile from AND handshake from Dr Cunneen on entry into his surgery. Polite, understanding testing from his assistant, no complaining about needing to blink!
After an in depth examination from Dr Cunneen, he clearly and precisely explained my treatment plan, followed through there and then, no pain, no stress and a very happy satisfied patient. I would highly recommend dr Cunneen and his staff to any prospective patient. Irene
