Dragon Door Chinese Seafood Restaurant
Dragon Door Chinese Seafood Restaurant is a beautiful Chinese restaurant located conveniently in Erina Fair Shopping Centre. This is a very popular restaurant with the locals of Erina, but many people from Sydney also talk about the very good quality of their dim sims. Service is friendly, speedy and professional and the atmosphere is comfortable. The interiors are modern and well lit. Their menu offers a wide variety of traditional and modern Chinese foods, from yum cha to seafood. Flavours are authentic and quality is high. This has to be one of the best Chinese restaurants at the Central Coast, definitely the destination for yum cha, dinner and functions.

This has happened to me twice now: I (indian) and my wife (white aussie coastie) and my daughter went early on a saturday (10:30-11), there were only 5 or 6 tables occupied (30 odd tables empty) and I was given the far back right corner table next to the fish tank, stack of old chairs, cleaning products etc and no one else sitting beside - this section looks pretty bad and not a great place to sit and enjoy a meal - there were quite a few tables available near the windows and the rest of the restaurant was empty - when asked if I can take any of those tables I was told they were booked (!!!) We thought maybe because we have a kid, but, there were other couples with kids next to the windows (all white). And there were no queues. I told the manager we won't be long and we would like to come regularly to this place, how about we get a nice table - his respone: We have enough regular customers, you don't have to eat here if you don't want to (!!!!!) Horrible service - when they finally brought out my main meal after everyone else had finished theirs, they brought the wrong dish. So I never got to eat. No apology, acted like it was my fault and still made us pay almost $100 for 3 people and a ruined Friday night. Not even a complimentary drink for the mess of it all. I'm horrified and completely pissed off
Never Eat Here !!! This is the worst restaurant I have ever eaten in. Staff are rude. Service is absolutely terrible. Food is second rate. Very unfriendly to children. One of the dishes we were served contained what looked like plastic or some foreign object. When we asked the management for an explanation, they did not apologise or offer to replace it but instead was rude.
Business is good here because there isn't anywhere else in the area that serves yum cha. However, I reckon they will slowly but surely drive customers away with their terrible service. We found pieces of plastic in our fried rice. There's no accountability nor apology and just plain rudeness! I'm heading to Sydney from now on for yum cha even if it means an hour's drive!
