Dundee's Hotel

Very minimal selection, unprepared for service, rude staff, icecream machine is always out of order, not enough food for the minimal amount of diners. The restaurant isnt upholding their promise to patrons.

The only reason I signed up to truelocal is to warn people about this place.

The food was very lacking. No selection was really offered and staff were unsympathetic and rude.

Save your time and eat at home! It beats this place!

Our experience was very simular a month ago. We sent an email to the management but heard nothing back. Also kitchen staff dont wear gloves! Quite disgusting.

We booked a table and arrived early only to find they didnt reserve a table for us. When approaching the buffet half of the trays of food were empty and werent relaced for the duration of our 1 and a half hours. The ice cream machine was broken (a usual occurrence) and my elderly grandmother had to scrape the pan for some custard. Only jelly and fruit to choose from in the dessert section and when we asked the duty management if the desserts would be refilled they just replied no without an appology.

Terrible service. High prices. Average food. And certainly not a buffet. Save your pennies and go elsewhere.

We had a fabulous time at Dundee's! Took the kids over the school holidays and went to the Wildlife Park - the kids had a ball! Definitely a great venue to take the kids and keep them entertained!

We also ate in the Dining Room and found the food lovely and the service very friendly!

Overall a great place and I would highly recommend!
