Recently changed menu and new chef apparently. Food was city class and ample. Service was first rate. Highly enjoyable meal. Limited menu at this time but well catered for. Starters disappointed as only a choice of three. Ordered King Prawns in creamy sauce and fettachini. Delightful. Only minor issue was the thickness of the sauce was slightly watery. But excellent meal.
After driving for 4 hours my husband and I decided to stop for lunch. It was 2.30 and we found a nice pub that stated that lunch was served till 3. When my husband approached the counter the kitchen staff yelled loudly to the staff, kitchen is closed in 10 minutes. We left abruptly as it is probably the worst service and customer care we have ever come across. If you are looking for a place with friendly service, a given when you go out to eat, then I would give this place a really big miss.
