Ive been coming down to the store for some advice for the last couple of months and they have been very knowledgeable, They have done there best to match any price that i have brought them and i am very happy with the service i have recieved.

Bought an Asus laptop from the recommendation from the staff in store. It was for my daughter to use for school work.
Despite my daughter taking very good care of the laptop, after only a few months it would not power up on the battery and would only run on the mains power source. This was repaired under warranty at the store.
After a few more months the hard drive failed and was sent to Asus for repair where they also found another problem with the battery.
Afew more months go by and the same problem accured with the battery, it would not run on the battery.
Went back to the store and asked for a refund as I had no faith in its integrity, only to be told the laptop was now 0ne month out of warranty and all theyread more
I took in my Acer tablet with the shattered screen &was told the replacement screen would be almost as much as a new one. The helpful staff asked what i used on it. I replied, I like to take photos, emails, read books, browse. No probs, they recommended the Asus, which I bought. Over the next couple of days, read manual and tried to get the camera to take photos. It would only take photos of me - I couldn't find the rear facing lens so rang them up. Yes, you did say you wanted to take photos, perhaps I should have been clearer. I dont want photos of me ! Sorry but that's the one you bought. I would have been willing to pay more for the model with the real camera!!!!
