I’ve thoroughly enjoyed Elana’s yoga class for quite some time. It is a fun class adaptable for different levels and fill with variety. Alana is a very capable teacher and draws on her knowledge of Tai Chi, Pilates and other modalities and interweaves them into her yoga class. A perfect combination! I would absolutely recommend her classes to others.
I love going to Elana's classes to relax and take time out for myself. I have increased my flexibility and I am able to use the breathing techniques to help me get through stressful days at work. With a variety of times and days offered I am assured of being able to make a class more than once a week. Elana is welcoming and relaxed and makes everyone feel like they can achieve what they need from her classes. A must do if you are a local looking for fitness, flexibility and relaxtion.
It is so useful having an experienced yoga teacher offering classes locally. Elana is always thoughtful during her classes accommodating the varied abilities of those attending. I always come away with a feeling of how well I have spent that hour of my time.
Elana as a massage therapist is knowledgeable and very approachable. Offered in a clean, comfortable environment, the convienience of her practicing locally saves me time making a massage all the more rewarding.
I have learned several kinds of yoga since 1980 but Elana's blend of styles gives a more complete experience. With a different program every week sessions are never boring and there are sometimes challenges for a 70+ body with various medical conditions! However, Elana gently guides and suggests modifications which make everything possible, easing pains and improving flexibility. I am very grateful that lovely, kind and caring Elana has come into my life.
