The agent we used to sell our house in 2007 worked for this agency. He failed to deliver a professional attitude towards the sale, including failing to lock up our premises after being there (it was unoccupied), failed to turn on the alarm on two occasions and did not follow up with us when required. This seriously dampened the experience which was disppointing for such a large transaction. This agent also failed to listen to us as clients and went against our intentions relating to the marketing of our property. All in all it was a very dissatisfying experience and would not use this agency again. The only thing I could say in his favour is that he sold our property.
