Lovely personal service. My order was a bit out of the ordinary - ordered flowers online to be delivered to myself! Embassy Florist called me to confirm delivery address in case I made a mistake. I hadn’t - I wanted to take the flowers go work - but I appreciated their checking.
I will never use this business again, service is terrible and they do not accept any responsibility for service delivery. I recently ordered some flowers for a dear friend whose father had passed away and asked Embassy to deliver the flowers to her home on the morning of the funeral. It was a windy day and I am told by my friend that she found the flowers 4 days later hidden behind a trailer in her carport and the card of condolence somewhere in a flower bed. After raising what happened with management at Embassy they just blamed their courier and did not accept any responsibility whatsoever. When I asked them to make amends all they could say is that there is "nothing we can do". Buyer BEWARE!
Mr Mullholland is being unfair. We delivered a quality flower arrangement which was to be "left in suitable location if the recipient isn't home" on the day specified. They were left in the carport which was the ONLY safe place for that particular address & we left a calling card. For whatever reason (and out of our control), the recipient didn't see the flowers for 4 days, nor did Mr Mullholland complain for a further 10 days. He acknowledges all of this. He claims it is our fault that they weren't seen & then he threatened us with legal action & placed this vexatious review. We did in fact provide a refund per his demand. Even though the flowers were high quality, delivered on the day as requested, a calling card was left, & we carried out his instructions to leave the flowers in a safe location, he demanded that we provide another full arrangement with an apology. I am sorry, we did everything right. Beautiful flowers, to his exact instructions & we did a refund! Very unfair Sir!
