Appalling customer service when I made a complaint about having being left with orange banding on my regrowth instead of blonde. The toner used to take out the orange banding coloured my hair very grey. They then had the gall to charge me $75 to repair their incompetent colouring skills. They were blaming me the customer for not wanting foils and only a flat colour. They also said they do not use bleach on hair, but oddly enough they use bleach in their foils to create blonde foils.
