I was very impressed by the service, from the initial call transferred through to you by Blanco, the follow up call, the text reminder of the booking and the phone call to check I still wanted him to attend as a part had not arrived. The part we needed was there though, so I again have a working oven.
Do not waste your time with these people. Inexperienced....I was referred to these service people through the oven manufacturer as their service people could not attend in a suitable timeframe. We could have used the original supplier to find the issue as they cancelled our first appointment and we had to wait another 2 weeks, however that is not my main disappointment. The service technician they sent had never worked with a baumatic oven before so had no idea what he was doing and called baumatic....just as we did and went through the same process. They charged us $170 and then called and said the parts are no longer available. Not so apparently. Now dealing with Baumatic again and will be contacting office of fair trading and consumer affairs to seek a refund for a service fee where no service was provided and the issue was not rectified.

It is disappointing that I am unable to look at the job to see if I can find a remedy for your Baumatic oven and confirm that the parts are now actually available when we initially check with the suppliers who advised that part was not available.
