We provide a personalised service for every person, and are 100% committed to helping people with disability, injury, a mental health condition, or a health condition reach their greatest potential. Finding a job is only the start of the journey, so we stay with them and provide on-the-job support until our assistance is no longer needed.

EPIC Assist has helped hundreds of employers find quality staff. We understand that it can be hard to know where to start when hiring someone with disability for the first time. We take the time to understand and identify their business culture, values, and challenges to find the right person for the team.

EPIC Assist offers a number of pathways to employment for students with disability. Recent school leavers can use their NDIS package to access School Leaver Employment Support (SLES). Through SLES, EPIC's expert consultants will provide you with employment preparation support after leaving school to help you get ready for work and take part in work experience.
