Just had first service on Shiv with these guys and very happy. They could have charged me extra for BB replacement but didn't and took the time to show me how to properly put handlebars back on after shipping. First class. (Only reason for half a star detraction is that sometimes places start off well with a new customer and go down hill after that - hope that doesn't happen here).
Similar experience to other comments below, being totally ignored by staff who seemed bored and uninterested. I felt I was a hassle and not worth talking to or even a smile. This experience totally ruined my Saturday morning.
And you wonder why Aussie businesses go down?!
I was really hoping I could support them after their experience with the floods a couple of years ago. Unfortunately, I went to the shop a couple of months ago and wandered around for about 15 min without anyone even approaching me, I was the only one in the shop at the time! Needless to say I bought my bike elsewhere.
