Esperance Taxi Service

I called at 6am and asked the taxi to collect my sick mothers groceries between 10 - 11am. I sent the delivery order number and address and asked my mum to be ready. Driver NEVER turned up. When I called three hours later he just said he was busy???? I asked how when I booked at 6am? Absolutely disgusting. I called the police and they said they are not suprised they hear stories all the time that he doesn't turn up to collect people. I would not bother using this service EVER. Call a friend, get an uber or drive! DISGRACEFUL.

One star as the driver took off before we could load our groceries!

We were not warned about taxi pickup restrictions at Woolworths and where to be picked up. Waited 30 minutes to see the taxi pull up some distance away.

Driver very unfriendly but we agreed to move our groceries to his chosen pickup. When we moved our groceries to this new pickup we saw the taxi driving away. No warning. No telephone call-back.

Not sure if there was room in the vehicle as the very large driver was lounging over both the front seats and had both pushed way back.

Very negative experience in a town of very friendly and helpful people.

I have never had any problems at all with ETS, only 1 small problem:
You advertise your hours as 5am-1am.
I tried ringing at 12.30 but no answer. Maybe change you as to
5am - 12.30am?

Slowest taxi service, do not pickup at anywhere else other than the bottle shop. Tell you they're coming when they aren't.
Worst experience I've ever had.
