After recently purchasing a second hand Hyundai we were dissapointed to find out after picking up the car up it only came with one key. After ringing the Manager of used car sales he quickly rectified the situtation by providing a second key free of charge. Overall we were pleased with the aftercare serveice provided by Essendon Hyundai.
I wouldn't recommend this dealership to a single person. I was sold a vehicle and lied to regarding its features and then later offered an apology with the excuse of "miscommunication"
I was clearly lied to by the pushy salesman just so he could increase his numbers for the month. The resolution was not tenable either.
I would actively stop any family, friends or even stranger's I meet who even think about visiting this dealership.
I am disgusted with the service at Essendon Hyundai, I purchased an i20 from then a short while back. They were excellent when it came to signing the paperwork, coffee and I even got a hire car until mine was reddy, but that was the end of the good. My i20 was suppose to be in new condition with only scraping to the hubcaps.. DINTS, CHIPS, PAINT CRACKED AND PEELING OFF, CLEAR COAT PEELING OFF. I had a panel beater quote me on how much to fix the damage, all up over $2,000. When I rang the Dealer Principle he seamed happy to help, so he asked me to come in and speak to the General Manager... The lovely General Manager accused me of causing the damage to the car and blaming it on them, she could see that clearly I was very annoyed, but instead she decided to 'wind me up' even more, to cover up her dealerships wrong doing. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE, DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY.
